Dr. Singh is absolutely phenomenal. I haven’t had an eye exam in 15 years, never in my adult life. Least of all such a thorough exam. Dr. Singh made me feel so comfortable, explained everything so thoroughly and with compassion. He made me feel heard and that he only wanted what was best for me, but also, what was acceptable for me and what I wanted. I would recommend him to anyone and would trust him with my child. Dr. Herman and the assistant (I didn’t get her name) were so helpful and friendly. They let me take my time and helped me pick my frames. Giving me their opinion on which frame shape would suite my face. I was even there past their closing time and they insisted I take my time. Thank you, for making my first real eye exam such an incredible, comfortable, and educational experience.

Since I came across to this vision care, I never go back to my previous eye clinic. Dr. Herman examines her patients carefully and she addresses the patient's complaints in exceptional manner. When it comes to the staffs, I would say, they are all awesome! Very respectful and polite towards their clients. They handle customers issue in a professional way. I really like one of their staff as she has a very fashionable sense of style. She suggests frames that is not only light weight and comfortable to wear but also, compliments her client's look. Also, the frames she's suggest me will not leave your pocket empty. She could help you choose frames based on the brand that you prefer and based on your budget. 👍

My family and I absolutely loved our first experience here! We found 20/20 Eye Care on Google and thought it would be worth a try after being disappointed with our previous eye clinic located in Brampton. I am glad we switched! The two staff at the reception, Margi and Navneet, were very nice and professional. They helped us with choosing frames and even offered us water, which was very nice of them on a hot summer day! Dr. Herman was extremely friendly and her genuine care made us feel very comfortable. She gave us compliments and introduced herself in a very polite way. She was smiling and laughing throughout the check up which made it so much more fun and comfortable for us! She did multiple tests and explained our results and needs very clearly. Highly recommended!

I visited 20/20 Eye Care Burlington for my two kids and the end to end experience was outstanding. Kids were bit scared before the visit but Dr Singh made the eye test fun for them. Dr Singh is very knowledgeble and answered all my questions/concerns patiently and thoroughly. I am very satisfied with his treatment and suggestions. The front desk staff was very helpful and patient. All in all the overall visit was extremely good. I highly recommend Dr Singh @20/20 Eye Care.

In the summer of 2021, I saw Dr. Singh for a standard eye exam. Having no vision issues beyond requiring reading glasses after age 50, I rarely had eye exams. Dr. Singh saw an area of pigmentation in my eye and was rightly suspicious of it. Because he drew my attention to it, I took the appropriate actions and was diagnosed with Uveal Melanoma and received radiation treatment within weeks. This is a very rare and nasty cancer (~6 people per million per year) and many optometrists never see it. Because it was caught while it was still fairly small, I have a good chance of avoiding the worst outcomes.

Dr. Singh and his team are kind, patient, knowledgable, and professional. This was my first appointment and I will continue to come here in the future. They also have a really great collection of cool frames. Thank you for the great care!
